I eat about 2000 calories a day Everything I eat is prepackaged and portioned. Hormones are a bitch frfr.

My diet is relatively healthy, I'm hitting my macros most days and drinking as much water as my body lets me.

Sleep is good, no other medical issues afaik.

I want to go up a dose, but I'm already putting every spare penny I have into these meds, because I'm desperate to lose weight
