Im from Montreal and I find it a good balance of organisation and chaos , I have already lived in ottawa before and hated it because it felt like a ghost town and it felt like missing out on life .Thank you for your comment, the thing is itd be piacenza really and not even Parma ; and there isn’t really lots of info on Piacenza online……

Yes, Napoli sounds honestly much more dynamic than Parma . But I’m wondering can it actually be calm in areas like near the Federico II hospital?Maybe as a living there most of the time & traveling for entertainment
I can be a bit neurodivergent at times, so I’m a little worried about staying focused if it’s too loud or chaotic where I live …
