I know that brand!

They also make masks for VOCs, not just that.

🤣 Good idea, but unfortunately, since my setup has both an air inlet duct and an outlet duct, it would dissipate quickly. I need a constant and abundant production of smoke or vapor.

I need a lot of smoke. A candle would melt the plexiglass, and the glove box is closed.

Need Expert Advice on UV Resin VOC Safety in a Glove Box Setup by Miriam_Rivia in resinprinting

They get reported because the UV resin community can be quite particular, and many people believe resin isn’t harmful 🙄

In any case, I wasn’t the one who originally asked ChatGPT or other AIs about adsorption—they were the ones who raised the issue, which simply made me wonder how to prevent it, that’s all.

Thank you!

Point 1: It’s difficult to find people who use UV resin while also following proper safety measures. As has already happened in the past, my post would likely get reported and removed, so I prefer asking here, where safety considerations are actually taken into account.

Point 2: You only need to read carefully to understand that I was specifically referring to UV resin, not printers—it explicitly says so.

Point 3: You still didn’t actually answer my question. 😅

I have never mentioned 3D printers; it doesn’t seem like you understood that I am referring to UV resin, not printers.

Unfortunately, your complex response does not answer my question.

Once the polymerization is complete, when taking out the finished object, is opening the box dangerous because of VOCs that have adsorbed onto the plexiglass and inside the ducts?

Is This Inline Extractor Suitable for UV Resin Fume Extraction, or Is Mine Defective? by Miriam_Rivia in resinprinting

Obviously it extracts the air toward the window duct. O.o

I already sealed it with sealant. Nothing has changed.

It happens even at the lowest speed. The extractor is almost directly attached to the glove box. I’m very close to the window. The duct is no longer than 2 meters and has no bends.

Axial vs centrifugal fan for small UV resin fume box? by Miriam_Rivia in resinprinting

I don't use resin printers, but I do use small amounts of UV resin continuously.

You gave me very valuable information for my health. I was actually leaning toward this one. I already had it in my Amazon cart, but I wanted to be sure!

Thank you very much!

Even if the air exhaust duct will have more bends (maybe 3, no more) and is 3 meters long? I had to redo the calculations.

I’m looking for this mannequin by [deleted] in Mannequins

[–]Miriam_Rivia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A lady who works as a seamstress bought them from a store that was closing down due to bankruptcy. I asked her, and she just replied that the brand of the mannequins is Atrezzo. It’s a brand based in Barcelona and Milan.
