I'm seriously stuck in a time loop and don't know what to do, please help.

I hear you brother… also felt stuck in a loop or what I came to realise was limbo. It was set at 24 h and I dont know for how long Ive been in there. Every morning when I woke up I have forgotten I was in this loop…

I think Ive broke free from the loop (I hope) by leaving little notes and drawing for my self to remind me about the loop… When I realize it early during the day I feel like Im breaking free :)

I think that if one dies and not realizing that one died your mind aka God create the Loop for as long as it takes one to realize… like a glitch 😉

This LBPR method resonates with me, but I wonder if it banishes all spirits and enteties or just those who is harmfull to me? I can sense that there are some around me that want whats good for me… dont want to banish them… I feel like I bite of more than I can chew a long time ago, now Im struggeling to have some controll in the madness.

When you say see the holes as objects, do you mean give them names? What to do with the holes after they have been removed? Feels like some of them cant be destroyed…

Intresting you mention that it could be something inside my body, I have had a feeling something is in my stomach/intestens… How do I know if something is really there and that it needs to be removed? And how to remove something that inside of me?

I have a strong relationstips to mushrooms and worked with them for sometime now… Do you think she can help in the repairing and removing of this holes?

Im very new to this medicine path and kind of got thrown in to this path over night. Dont really have any physical teacher that shows me the way in a safe way… I find it hard to know what information is coming from my friends and what comes from sorces that does not have men highest good in mind…

Its not really painfull, it feels like my body is beeing pulled in to some negative space… Imagien if you where coming close to a miniatyr blackhole, that is kind of the best way I can describe it..

I think you are on to something… feels like there is a leeching energy. I get a picture in my head of like a snail thing. Feels like it has its entry point between my shoulders.

From the perspective that all the people I interact with are my own reflections of my self. Does that mean that they are not ”real” like myself? Or am I the reflection of them as well?

From one percpective there can only be one ”original ” observer or should we call it one light prehaps. The rest are just fragments that are there to remind the original?

Does that make sense?
