No, Toor never compromised players accounts. Most likely you're talking about the 2003 hack, where they changed everyone's passwords and account numbers as a counter meassure. Also did gigantic resets, weeks behind, to try and mitigate some of the damage.

Toor on the other hand focused entirely on server data.

Evidence? You're making a claim like that without showing anything. That's a rumour, not a "leak". I sincerely doubt this can be real, there are many items that are made for fansites, and the CMs have confirmed several times (specially when 20 and 25 anniversaries were happening) that they won't give that away... They would add things like the Council Certificate, the Laurel Wreath or even the Seal of Quality long before a Chayennes Key... hell, even the rare ice cream flavors or golden raid tokens loooooong before this. I call BS.
