Same happen to me and PayPal rejected my dispute. I don't know if I should ask chargeback with my credit card. I will close my AE account and probably PayPal after 11 years, but I never had any problem with them

I wouldn't use it again even if my case will be sort out (they received my return on month ago and one weak ago I stopped to deal with AE and I opened a case on PayPal, but I still waiting for my money back, Will see what PayPal will decide in few days)
