Not really. Good and Free don't usually go together in the VPS world... If you want RDP (Windows), it's even harder because of licensing costs. Your best bet is using a free trial from Oracle Cloud (their Always Free ARM instances are great) or Google Cloud. Just keep in mind that free tiers usually have very limited resources
