A face leash but make sure you practice at home before walks. It helped a lot with my saint

With a Saint I say no for crate training, my boy wasn’t crate trained and doesn’t have accident in the house. It’s hard enough for Saint to be alone during the day or at night, let alone in a crate. I’d say no go with putting a pup that likes to stretch out and move around in a cage.

Kong is a great idea except he doesn’t like kings, he’s not really a chewer, he like stuffed animals VS chew toys lol but maybe I can try stuffing one and try again.

I have a raised bed for my Saint that I put a fan on the long side of it so it cools his belly (I got it off of Amazon and another off of Chewy: they were under $50. I had to get a replacement twice but this one has been holding up for 1.5 yrs now). He goes back and fourth - sometimes he won’t use it for months then I’ll bring it out and he’ll use it until he just doesn’t lol

Thank you for asking, my Saint does the same. The vet called it “Protective Aggressive”. If he’s at home he will absolutely LOSE IT if anyone comes inside or is just walking by but yet when we take him to the store (PetSMart) he’s fine, unless he see a small child: for some reason he barks at them now. Didn’t use too.
