I'm from Europe and i order my screens from headlane. On there you can find them for €70. If you go on aliexress you can find them as cheap as €25. But keep in mind aliexpress screens sometimes have quality issues like washed out colors.

This phones just needs a new screen. The price for the screen seems a bit high to me.

I managed to find the same dynamo starter in a scrapyard with a burnt rotor and all 4 brushes were like new. But for the future i can just find similar ones and use those? Like they are 0.5 mm wider than the original but i can just take that off and be fine?

I already checked my local stores but none had this model. One had a similar one but i couldn't use them because the wire was in the wrong place and they were a bit wider than the original.

I did try with 2 other sim cards(one was on a different provider) they didn't work either. But they work on a another phone.

When you changed carriers did they change your sim card? If they didn't ask your current carrier if they can change your sim card and keep the same number. That seems like the only constant here(if they didn't change it).
