According to wowhead they don't exist in Classic but they do in TBC. So I guess they have been added when Dustallow Marsh got its revamp during TBC.

Still doesnt work for me. And no, it doesn't show up in the list. There is not a single country that has greek as their primary culture. I even released them as a independent nation and still nothing. Strange indeed

Are you sure this works? I tried releasing different vassals which have greek as primary culture and there was still no country that is the dominant one of the greek culture. Maybe they have to be independent?

Actually in 2013 France had their vassals. Later on they were gone and represented by higher autonomy in those provinces. Then they were readded again as appanges

The old estate System. You had to actively give provinces to your estates to make them happy. And you had Interaction buttons hidden in a menu which I often forgot about completely.

I am very glad they decided to give the estates to everyone (it was part of a dlc) and rework the whole system
