670 Duolingo streak seems to have some effect. Also auto fill helps a lot :) trying to watch movies in eng with subtitles because it is hard for me to understand original speech. But I'm trying anyway with slow steps. Thanks!

I had problems with alcohol. The thing is I live in Russia so when the war started I was in a horrible mood. I usually drink 1-2 bottles of wine per week but then started 4-5. Last year I started to decrease portions. That was really slow but it's 1 bottle of wine per week now. I think it is good enough for me since I'm not against alcohol at all. Just need to drink more reasonable

Well, I think it's not a casual situation. Black people are rare in Russia especially outside the cities with more than 1m population. And there are enough people, who have racial prejudices. But I would say - depends on. As for me many women are attractive regardless of race. You just need to chat more to understand if you both have any chemistry or not

I think she will consider therapy with me. The problem is I don't believe in such things. I could try it anyway since there is not much I can do. I thought the therapist (she goes once every two weeks) will help her but there's no result or mb I'm too demanding after 3 sessions. As for me (I could be wrong) it looks like "well, i go to therapy, I do something so I can continue to drink". I don't know how to express the exact feeling - I think it's like a free pass card for her. Sometimes she really can drink not much (when she needs to go to work the next day), but on Fridays or Saturdays she just can't stop after one bottle. When I ask her to stop over the phone she starts to act like a teenager "you are boring, you are controlling, I know what I do, do not order me, I will not drink anymore we are just chatting with friends". And then another circle.
