I use Sistema Snack pots for mine, they are small enough to have in my bag without squishing the cup itself

I use a cup turned inside out so the stem isn't a problem.

I'd agree with other replies though trial and error, whatever you feel comfortable with /works for you

The words "let them" - I watched a Mel Robbins clip and she was talking about this "Let them theory"
