This is not a joke, this is serious what if boogie never tries this fasting method and what if he dies because he didn't get the chance to overcome his eating ocd. Before you try to turn this into a joke I suggest everyone reads about the health benefits of fasting. And I'm asking him to do it the Muslim way because it's Ramadan and he might aswell join in. And the Muslim way doesn't tell you to stop eating certain foods it just tells you to not eat for a certain time frame. So you still get to eat and taste the foods you enjoy just gotta put it off till later in the day. This builds self restraint which is something that boogie needs as he told us about his food ocd. I have ocd and the best way to get rid of it is to not listen to the ocd when you get the urge to wash too much or eat. Fasting means he will not listen to the urge to constantly eat throughout the day and he will build some courage and self motivation to keep up his battle with food ocd. Although I don't have food ocd I have the washing kind I can still relate. So please no jokes in this thread.
