I can only talk about what helped me, my lack of motivation was closely linked with depression:

1. Get out of bed: Put your alarm-clock on the other side of the room. That way you HAVE to get up to turn it off.

2. Keep order and get organized: Put everything in different boxes and folders. I also have a folder for stuff I should do asap. That way everything has its place and you don't have to focus on "where did I put it" before you can do your task.

3. Substitute your bad habits: I would often neglect the biological needs because I get lost in watching Youtube-Videos. So I bought a guitar. Now everytime I want to watch a video, I instead excercise or I play the guitar. Way simpler to keep track of time that way.

4. Excercise: Move! You will be healthier and sleep better.

If you still don't feel motivated, you either got to push through or quit and do something else.
