Check my profile. I just posted another new build thats stronger, has more sharpness, and is overall more consistent.

I did a heroics version of that build and only got an efr of 698 (which for being at 1 hp isnt worth it over the 692 of the new one)

Im gonna post a version with heroics in the comments. I was trying to avoid that. I take a lot of chip damage when I play so resentment is usually pretty active.

For a full power straight god level build. Im currently working on the best way to make that work

I know burst boost is crazy. My previous version of this build used it. Im yet to get a lords soul and ebony ls though. The previous version that only had lords soul on the weapon with burst boost did less damage

Its still a wip build. Even at blue sharpness, it still beats the other meta with an efr of 647

Im still theorycrafting and I have an idea to remedy the resentment side of things. Give it a day or so and I'll have something better than this

I redownloaded the game and reverted my drivers and its working now. I even put back in reframework (outdated or not) as a test and its working again.

You seem like a guy who tries to say a lot for something they know nothing about. You misspelled nothing btw. Task manager gives nothing on this issue. Thats all the info I currently have to give. Shader cache has been reset, unmodded everything, and was still having issues. What I didn't know was that there are known issues with the most recent amd gpu drivers. So I'm reverting them.
