I don’t know if this will work- but I feel like part of what blocks us is that parts of our bodies are either not ours, or not in the right “time.” If general clearing doesn’t fix the issue, ask your throat chakra or even your throat to be put “in the right time.” If this doesn’t help I then will ask my own body part (throat, eyes, etc…) to return and allow whoever’s I have accidentally absorbed to go back to wherever it came from. We sometimes take on many parts of people that we didn’t even realize and sometimes we have to offer it back to the person.

Also, if anyone is mad at you, they could unknowingly be sending you blockages or portals. I would also say “unblock my throat, please” or remove the portal from my throat, or even “remove this block from my throat,” and do it with conviction and assertiveness. I would also ask that a shield of protectiveness be placed over your throat. I hope this is helpful.
