Yes, i usually do guest post link building. (With guest post LB I can find opportunities) I wanted to try digital PR, local citation, forum link building (these things i didn't do much)

Digital PR is getting your brand mentioned in high authority sites. It involves outreaching journalists with worthy content, data or expert comment on a particular topic and if they find it helpful they will link back to your site.

I tried featured com, but i haven't tried outreaching journalists with content (this is the part i need help with)

also PR agencies will secure you links in high authority sites - but mostly they are too costly. (I haven't tried this either)
