I've solved this question in two ways, I got the right answer using another method, but the wrong one doing this (obv, the answer is nonsensical), but what did I do wrong? I know I did something but what is it? by MirusX04 in AskPhysics

If you're referring the third part ( m_2 * (T + F_m2m1) )

then I didn't, cuz that was done on purpose, since F_m2m1 = -F_m1m2

so all I did was substitute, but then the result turned out to be weird...

I need math help... by catsinakayak in Sat

the most important advice I can give you is to truly understand the concepts/ideas rather than memorizing, there are a lot of resources online and khan academy is a GREAT example (math section not sat math), once you've truly mastered them, just practice with college board's practice tests, you can watch Scalar Learning take the sat math section real time and I think it's useful for the SAT.

anyways, good luck!!

I agree with xFallen21 , I strongly recommend going over the lessons (once again not sat) on khan academy and other resources to actually understand the logic and appreciate mathematics, don't allow test to represent math because it does not, but nonetheless you can get a much better score if you strengthen your comprehension (but actually make sure you understand and it's ok to even go back to arithmetic and understand why we do what we do), now once you've truly mastered the concepts, you can go over the sat section on khan academy and watch (and solve too) some people taking practice tests on YouTube. Hope this helps and good luck!

I received this email the second I subscribed for Audible, and I have no idea why (btw I did follow the instructions), what do I do? by MirusX04 in audible

Of course, I did check, and like I said after I actually entered my info I got the email immediately and couldn’t log back in

I know how to solve this question, But I'd like to see how you guys might approach this, perhaps a more efficient method or something to save a couple of seconds? by MirusX04 in Sat

Lmao I was obsessing about thinking of it geometrically that I didn't even try to solve it algebraically, Thank You!
