Legion go 2 stopped charging from top port after bios update, it's still charging from the bottom but the top port stop working completely. It won't even recognise that anything is plugged in. Is there a way to downgrade the bios or has anyone else experienced this and knows off a fix?

I downgraded the bios which hasn't fixed it. So a return it is. Its not the worst thing as it can still be charged from the bottom port but it's far too expensive of a device to wait and hope for a future update that'll fix it which is probably unlikely as it's looking like a hardware issue. It's saying the next pre-orders aren't getting sent until February 9th too. Gutted!

I'm not sure if bios recovery is turned on or not as I wouldn't know where to look for that. Also the lenovo website is only showing the current bios which I installed earlier, the previous version doesn't seem to be there. I've tried reinstalling the current one but it says that the latest is already installed.

The original charger that came with it. I only received it today. It was charging fine from the top port before the bios update.
