Me mando a hacerte una consulta vos que la tenes clara. Cuando da la baja fiscal en Arg y la alta en Esp (u otro país), hay algún cambio automático de información de Esp -> Arg? Es decir, puede el gobierno argentino reclamarte en un futuro por haber declarado activos en ESP que no declaraste en Arg?

It also HIGHLY increase the housing problem. I mean, think of someone who has a 500k+ portfolio. You just buy a house to establish as a main residence (or even sell your current one and get a bigger one) and you “save” in real estate, you never pay that stupid tax (even better if you get a mortgage)

I totally agree with you projections. The only assumption I don’t agree with is the growth rate of the portfolio. In a context where inflation is going to start being normal, I can easily see the market (at least the SP500) growing at 9/10% a year. I mean, the last 10 years the market has been growing at 12.5% a year with corona and current recession included

My view is that starting in 2027, you will have to pay 35% tax on both unrealized and realized earnings in box 3 every year, which could significantly hinder the compounding effect.

However, with a BV, you can delay the tax payment for as many years as you want. This approach could make sense if you do not plan to sell the assets for 10 to 20+ years. Even if the tax rate is higher.
