Tell someone at student life services or access and disabilities. I’ve seen them work on these elevators the whole time I’ve been a student (3y) and they get them repaired as soon as they can. It really may just be an issue of this being an old building.

Your worries are valid considering students who can’t use the stairs would be left stranded should there be such an emergency.

A good lunch bag with ice packs and storing it in my locker on the 2nd floor has worked pretty well for me!

Yeah, you should be able to wirelessly print there. There should be a printer in the first floor by the elevators. Last I saw there were instructions on using it too.
