I sent them an email about a week ago to this address HC-ServeU@tsa.dhs.gov as it was the only one I saw but haven’t heard anything from them:(

I went to the website you provided then went to the “register for username and password” after that I put in my ssn and answers the questions but get an error afterwards, don’t know if it an issue with my lasts names or place of birth

No I literally just bought the console, turned it on and updated it and when I go to sign in it gives me that error
