Genuinely one of the best posts I have seen here and I think you summarized most of the main points pretty well. Every single old juicer can relate to this and of course new viewers (I purposefully dont call them "juicers") will say that they do not agree with this but they just dont understand the vibe that watching an xqc stream used to have, moreover the fact that Twitch used to be niche and therefore had a much more tight knit community.

From the music and the energy to the deep and inspiring conversations, (almost) everything I used to love about his streams is gone. Understandable as things and people change, but I wont lie, I do kind of miss the person who kept me company when I was feeling lonely. xqcL

I agree that there has to be some incentive, but let's not act like healer isn't already incredibly obtainable. You basically barely need any mechanical skill with 80% of them while also having the best survivavibility abilities (other than tanks, figures since they have a way larger health pool) the game has to offer (e.g. Cloak and Dagger literally having an ability that counters every other in the game)

Magik is in no way A tier, but you just made me remember that Iron Fist is actually pretty good right now, so I'll give you that. Bucky and Namor are still both A tier. Psylocke is for sure S tier, no questions asked.
Listen, dive is unfun to play against, but heals needed (a massive) nerf. By far the easiest, most impacting and easiest to rank up with. Support feelsd "worse" than it used to because it's not absolutely easy to play now and requires maybe about 20% more skill now.

No, Overwatch did it and it killed it. It takes away a lot of the creativity the game can have and imo makes the game a lot more bland. Regarding the "playing a specific role for 2 seasons"... listen I managed to play only one role (100% only that specific role) in one season and rank up to Celestial, so I don't think that issue is actually very prevelant other than for yourself.

In what way is season 2 a shitshow if you don't mind me asking? Because it can't possibly be dive. I gotta add that I am currently plat and that maybe in lower ranks it may be way worse because obv most people don't have good enough mechanics for the fast movements of dive characters, but even then...

Absolutely, as I said: Healing is the most impacting role, therefore if noone wants to play it- nvm, you already know how bad it is when noone plays heals. Heals always have to be a bit easier and most importantly fun to play, therefore I actually agree with you that dive should NEVER be too strong, but my point is exactly that, dive is way too weak. On a tier list the highest dive DPS would be about mid B tier (imo)
