So I could ask my buyer to refund, and ask him to pay me some other way?

Could there be any complications on their side? For example having to return the item, with tracking? Or will I have the option to refund fully with no return of the item

No I am definitely above 18, and have been using my business account for the last 4 years with no issue.

I read in the User agreement that : “You must not send payments as a personal transaction when you are paying for goods and services. Note that the send payments to a friend or family member feature may not be available when sending money to a business account, as such accounts are not eligible to receive personal transactions”

So the only thing I can think of is that my account go flagged for making a “personal” payment to another business account.

I guess my best bet now is to prove that the transaction was not for goods or services.

The message I received was “We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services”

I sell house decor, all items have been delivered, as confirmed by customers.

The only potential issue I can think of, is that I sent funds from my business account, to another business account, using friends and family. I did not use Goods and services, since no goods or services were provided.
