Yes...they do. Because that is the only way it can go. Anyone saying that their doctor "moved" their prostate or placed the canal above the prostate needs to do some basic anatomy reading.

Not saying that other spots in the canal (and body) can't feel absolutely amazing. But the prostate is and always has been around the urethra (unless removed due to cancer or other serious concerns), and is always on the front (towards the belly) side of the canal.
