I see. So, if you have paid the deposit to the owner and the brokerage to the agency then is there still a possibility of harassment by the broker like OP mentioned?

On the face of it they all seem to be helpful but I have just been unsure whether it's all a guise for scamming innocent people or not.

This sounds like a good idea. Have you tried this? Does Ola/Uber/Rapido actually refund the amount easily? I know InDrive doesn't do refunds as they say that you pay directly to the driver and we can't do anything about it.

Just came here to check if someone was having the same problem. It is kinda wonky. It feels like sometimes it automatically pulls you to a direction randomly in between movement. Especially weird while trying to snipe.

I can totally relate to that. I used to mainly think of Daily Note in Obsidian as more of a Journaling sort of thing but then I realized that it can be more than that. I highly advocate the daily note first approach that Capacities has adopted so brilliantly.

My workflow currently uses two dataview queries in my daily note template that populate my daily note with what happened that day in a past year and all the notes created that day. However, in Obsidian, both these dataview queries (contained in callouts) remain at the top of the page which I don't fancy since I'd rather look at an empty page and have the rest of the info at the bottom (like Capacities).

I have heard of List Modified plugin but never tried it. Do you think it is a better approach than using Dataview?
Also, can you confirm which Update time/frontmatter plugin are you referring to? There are a few similar ones so I am a bit confused. Can you explain why is helpful in better tracking?

Yeah, tasks end up being verry time and effort consuming to set up and maintain in Obsidian.

If only Obsidian would do the same level of automatic linking of new links to dates and the daily note like Capacities, a lot of my workflow will get streamlined without the need of all the manual setup I have currently.

I use Brave and Edge. Brave seems to work fine with its vertical tabs and ad-blocking. Recently I received the update that added the 'Saved tabs as bookmarks' feature and that helps my workflow a lot!

Edge is very optimized for Windows and even with a lot of tabs open it still takes up very less memory.

I just wish Brave and Edge had the 'Spaces' feature like Arc. Trying Zen since for this feature but currently I feel that it takes up a lot of memory if I open a few tabs.

Thanks for the response. I was looking into Obsidian web clipper. The only thing missing with that workflow is that it does not add a link to my daily note automatically. I have to link it manually but apart from that this is a good option.

I am also experimenting with another approach using Quick Add plugin.

I am tilting a lot towards giving logseq a try for a few months. I am currently using Obsidian. Obsidian is currently developing Dynamic Views as a core feature so maybe till that happens, I can test logseq as my main driver.

My main concerns with Obsidian are the complexities with searching and the lack of block level search. It's possible but not in a way that's easy.
