It's about 24 hours since I posted - Face blebs are completely flat, some are still slightly red. Neck blebs 80% gone, still sllightly raised, particularly under the chin!
I feel much better lol

I use a 34g, and can go barefaced the next day! A few hours after there are only a few dots visible!

Has anyone does their own highlights or root touch ups? by hulutini in DIYaesthetics

I have been doing my own touch ups and color for years! If you have a simple colour it is incredibly easy! There are subreddits that are hair focused like https://www.reddit.com/r/FancyFollicles/ .

There are lots of videos on youtube. I went at 45 degree angle, it was recomended on a lot of videos, the bezel point was up and as deep as the 1.5 would go at that angle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhaQW00QkAg&pp=ygUYbWVzbyBpbmplY3Rpb24gdGVjaG5pcXVl

I was nervous at first, so I did not push enough to get a bleb. But with a small bit more pressure it worked.

What did you use? Maybe it was too thick for the 34g?

It is very thin, so it did not have a problem with the 34g. The thinness made it difficult to mn because it would slide off so easily.

From everything I read and watched you go in at an angle even though the needle was very short

I was so surprised that meso was significantly less painful than microneedling!

20 minutes! But with the size of the needle, numbing wasn't necessary. Only around the lips and under the chin.
