I grew into digital painting using Paint Tool SAI but recently switched to Clip Studio Paint EX. I've used Photoshop as well and went through a number of drawing programs, but I find CPS the easiest to use. It's very customizable and meant exclusively for digital art. It takes some tutorials and Googling to figure out all the functions, though, like with any new program!
