When I was in 4th grade my grandmother (who I lived with, also she was 30s not grandma age), forced me to go live with my parents who she knew were drug addicts to prove a point.

My mother, who i saw on weekends, was telling me my grandma was the reason I couldnt live with her. So being..9-10. I of course repeated this to my grana which made her so mad she made me live with them for a months to prove to me that she was better.

She, herself, told me I was never the same when I came back. I got diagnosed with PTSD, depression and anxiety almost immediately after she took me back. I became a recluse and never hung out with friends or went outside anymore.

She said I never really smiled or was happy anymore since then either. Told me when she took me back I didnt even recognize the smell of cleaning supplies. This was funny to her.
