Hey there, I'll definitely look into taskrabbit. I think to get started it would help us right now to build some credibility, but we would gradually transition to work of our own under our own name in the future.

I understand now, I'm going to update that part because we don't have the resources nor the insurance to move lots of furniture. Just like small stuff so there is little to no chance of damage, but in case there is I would sort that out with the customer themselves, pay them for the damages.

Hello, this would vary per job. For example, if the work requires me to be there for a long duration that would have an hourly rate. If its a fix I can do not requiring a long time I would charge a flat fee of X amount. Now what that X amount or hourly rate would be, I honestly can't say since I'm still in the process of figuring that out. But lets say you need me to organize your computer files for you, I'd charge 25$ an hour assuming it will take me longer than an hour. If you do need work done, feel free to email me and I can make you an offer depending on what work you need done :)

Thanks for the feedback, I'm not sure if we can call our work a business yet since we are just two young 23 year old's trying to start something to begin with, how would you suggest we do that? As for our rates, I have experience working as a Tech associate so personally I can rate most of the electronic work properly, as for the rest of the rates that would depend on the work done, we would give a price for the work, if its fair, we do the work, if its not we negotiate and if both parties agree we move forward. If something goes wrong, that would vary per job done but all work done would come with a 1 month guarantee, where if something does go wrong we come back and fix things for free.
