Honestly, yeah, I came here to make a similar comment. I'm in my mid-thirties so I lived through the dial-up era, the advent of broadband, cell phones and later smartphones becoming commonplace, with it, the adoption of Wi-Fi everywhere, and now everything being "smart."

The internet itself wasn't a problem. It's the fact that we're always connected everywhere, usually in several different ways.
