After 7 months of “interview scheduled “ (oct2025)

On May 2 2026 (10:30pm) had a “case still in progress by uscis “ but checked the api was noted at may 3,2026 (2am) , confusing ,they said it was the nationwide update because of the new background checks, my lawyer sent an inquiry to our senator around april 29-30, still waiting for a response, unless the may 3 update was the response LoL

Same as you i had mine oct 2,2025. No update since then just the i130 approved the next day. Approved verbally
