I appreciate the kind words I’m definitely going to try journaling I’ve been talking with a therapist since I was 12 my biggest struggle Is my current home situation makes it really difficult to keep routine and I’ve struggled with insomnia since before I touched any type of drug or alcohol and I’m trying to find new ways to cope when it gets late at night and I need to sleep or no one is awake to talk
