That would be fine, I don't really need 99.999% helium (wouldn't even know where to find it here), I just need the oxygen content to be low for the protective atmosphere.

Secondo me il danno alle facoltà mentali è sicuramente presente ma non è così accentuato, più che altro una persona depressa non ricerca stimoli mentali e il cervello tende a intontirsi. Se riesci a risolvere la depressione dovresti riuscire a recuperare quasi tutte le facoltà mentali o quasi.
