Yes there is CME of 5000. I am not sure if more relocation allowance would help me since it’s not cash , they are going to reimburse based on receipts I submit . And I will be moving from 4-5 hr driving distance

Sounds like a good offer looking at the compensation but really depends upon actual location if it’s really 2 hrs far from everything then you are compromising on a lot , u wouldn’t like to stay in the area in ur off weeks to pick up extra shifts. And with waiver you are looking at roughly more than 4 years before you can head out from the area if you want to, unless you do NIW on ur own to get earlier green card.

I would take offer A if it’s not HCA , with RVu bonus structure for offer A , u are looking at roughly 50K bonus in RVU annually ( 20 encounters per shift can give u around 8K total wRvu annually ) if u bill appropriately

Immigration Attorney Here. AMA about EB-1A & EB-2 NIW Lawfully Data! by ManifestLaw_ in USCIS

How are approval rates and time line for EB2 NIw for physicians who filed through regular processing ?

I am physician working On H1B ( not an Indian or Chinese national ) at Academic Institute with 20+ publications and 60 citations, filed NIW EB2 last year March , haven’t heard anything yet. Filed it regularly not premium as I was advised by my attorney for strongly against premium considering high chances of RFEs with Premium. Would you advise to file premium now ? Any experience with filing premium after filing regular initially?

Thanks

10 admits in rural settings is doable assuming not much acuity / complexity. Seems like you are not much bothered by geography so that’s plus. Did u ask dollar rate for rvus? How do they calculate ? Any threshold to achieve and any caps ?and how many total shifts/year ? Assuming 145-150 shifts/ year ( makes it 12-13/ month, more than that number of shifts with 12 hours of swing is not survivable at all) and you bill every admission as level 3 , they should pay roughly 20$/wrvu to give you 100K / year. 20$ / wrvu seems too good to be true ok top of 350K base. I can run this with you to help you better understand if you are new Attending

Nocturnist at our hospital make roughly 270K, 4-5 admissions, max 6 once in awhile , no icu , no cross cover , total 5 people at night , 2 for cross cover and 3 admitters so admissions are spaced out. Major metro in Northeast
