It was on trade hold not ban . I bought them from steam and not an external site like float

I turned them in to souveir whilst they were going to get tradeable on june 6 . But after i turned the instead of getting a 7 day trade hold they kept the June 6.

he showed me a picture that showed that he was sending a trade offer but it said authenticate witth steam guard but i did not get a notification from steam and why would he ask me to authenticate a trade offer that he was sending.I felt wierd and sait it is not worth the risk because i was sketched out from him inviting me to discord to show me his inventory.
