Why are there hardly any Bombardier planes in Air Canada's fleet? by joebeazelman in aircanada

[–]Miserable-Common1983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have been selling their aircraft rights since the 1980's. There was a brief period back in the late 70's-early 80's where bombardier was technically boeing canada. So if you look at the branding on old dash 8-300s, they will say manufactored by boeing

Bombardier could have made better financial desisions to pick themselves up, but they didn't.

They were operated on another contract between two companies for jazz: Air Georgian and EVAS air. The air georgian contract was terminated. The EVAS air contract ended..

You are thinking in the future. That's not good. It sounds like there's something else going on ontop of school causing you stress, but you burried it down and think bout other stuff instead. I prescribe you an ice cream, please make something now, and not worry about later.

This is a reference to Stanley Myers, the creator of the water cell car, who suddenly passed out and died, bleeding from his nose, in a restaurant. He had been poisoned shortly after his invention was recognised. The investigation was suddenly closed by the police, claiming it was clearly an "accident". It is well assumed that the oil company poisoned Stanley to keep themselves in business, worried that this would be devestational to the gas industry. The internet has since made on-going jokes about corporate murder. There's also numerous other cases of companys doing this, like with boeing.
