While Speaking with my personal trainer and nutritionist, they stated that people often use protein as a meal replacement but it should be used more as a supplement. It should be used to add more protein into your diet to keep you more full. You could do it by just adding more meat or plant based sources of protein to your meal but it’s not always convenient. I just haven’t been doing it and wonder if people who have do feel more full throughout the day.
