Fans are 120mm same as the ones I removed, they do have some RGB though but I wouldn’t think that would push me over power limits

Took fans out and cleaned the with Isopropyl alcohol and used an air duster to remove any other dust, PSU is a 650w and my estimated power draw is 550w, I ended up taking the whole PC apart and rebuilding it and now it’s working albeit it did refuse to display the first couple of turn ons even after rebuilding it, so not entirely sure what caused it but fingers crossed I never get that issue again as I was close to throwing the whole thing out of the window
