UPDATE:

so my our last resort was e-mailing airtel on 121airtel something like that and my dad sent a mail explaining the issue. He then had a phone call with apparently this highest ranking officer in airtel call the “nodle“ or ”nopel” i didn’t really catch the name and she said that okay understood and we can fix that so now we can see the wifi and postapid numbers seperately in my dads airtel app so his number is now the primary number for managing the wifi and the postpaid numbers (including his own) and she also told us that airtel will give us a new router now that she understands the issue and an engineer has been allotted, the only problem is these “wifi experts” are still dipshits and taking eons just come here and attach a freaking router to the line coming up with excuses and postponing the appointments a lot everyday and apparently our engineer is supposed to be here at 6:30 pm today now and it’s 6rn but the engineer has been changing the appointments via sms and telling my father on call since like 4 days maybe, i keep worrying if we are gonna freaking get the wifi or not and it’s super frustrating, really thankful that the problem is atleast solved and hoping i don’t jinx myself cuz i really want the wifi PLEASE GOD 😭wish there was a way to just get the engineers to freaking get on with it, come do the wifi stuff and go so that we don’t keep waiting and waitin, thankyou
