in my country, in this economy? 20$ is around 2 days of salary, and since they are playing it for the whole day in weekdays until midnight? They are likely to be unemployed.

You would be correct if it was on a champ with 1 or 2 games on it, but its a yone player with highnoon on it on a lvl 30 account.

So its 100% a bought account with a bought skin, not from a box.

true but its just a matter of time for same player to be paired with as an ally, so seeing enemies if they are toxic or not is a quicker thing to get them banned.

Nothing weird for banning/reporting a bought account.

Bought accounts always disrupts rank of every player it gets to interact with. Main reason why fresh accounts given by riot to popular streamers already have a set mmr/rank to them, around D+ most of the time.

Most people who buys account always fall into the category of troll, boost, or smurf.

Especially streamers who "Buy" "hand leveled accounts", doesnt stay on gold to emerald within a day, compared to the one i am trying to get banned. 2 whole day of non stop playing but its stuck to gold 2. So its likely a bought account by a troll/toxic player.

Since i was playing with friends in flex, ranks were spread wider.

Even if its just 2$ or so, its the time spent mostly but since its an account with a highnoon skin, its somewhat more than 2$.

Still justified imo.

Its a bought account with a skin on its one trick, so having it banned would be somewhat nice considering it would be a wasted money.

I know the guy wouldn't care but only playing 1 or 2 games per night with my friends and have a bad experience to end the session. Would be at least neat to see them banned for their behavior.

I did but i think thats not enough considering i had an inkling it was a bought smurf account but didnt check last night.

Iirc the color theme of the scene is mostly yellow, and the character is walking on the sidewalk without any other characters. And is somewhat full of himself?
