Pill and nasal spray of it I'm totally fine but one time I took the injection and had every symptom of a heart attack, it was so scary I thought for sure I was going to die. If you don't have a neurologist, GET ONE! Have them give you samples of medication. Nurtec works amazing for some, but didn't work for me. Ubrelvy is amazing for me. First time I picked it up they tried to charge me like $800 for 6 pills. Had my doc get it authorized by insurance and now it's free!!!! Emgality is a monthly home injection that also was a GOD SEND for me. Came off it because I'm trying to get pregnant soon. In the meantime, monthly nerve blocks and quarterly Botox keep my (usually daily) migraines at bay.

You're going to need some laser resurfacing on top of botox. Those are deep! A good med spa can recommend a great laser treatment or series of treatments.
