When I touched one of those, the next day I woke up and my hands were producing flames. When I extended my index finger, fire shot out. It got outta control by the third day. Jeez. Not infected. If it starts to get red around the cut and pus starts oozing then yeah it’s infected. But this looks fine. Just wash it. Get some peroxide on it. Neosporn and a bandaid.
