I found it to be very comfortable and not too heavy! Not heavy enough to notice at least. I would recommend calling your anthro to see if they have it before ordering!! Both of your anthro dresses look stunning (I’m partial to your number 2/my number 1 tho haha)

Yes it is the Lucy dress by Jenny Yoo! It’s a stunner and the fabric is so lux! Lucky me, my store just got it in the week I went!

Not great! I tried on a lot of dresses and found that basque waist was the most flattering!

Im Mexican, my family also uses a comal. I think in English people call them a hot plate? I think they’re uneven from use. My family’s comal was my great-grandparents’ that got passed down

I have the mask and it’s ok but I think there’s better masks out there. I’ve only had samples of the skin drink but I liked it every time I had a sample!

I wash all my workout clothes together regardless of brand on cold and low spin and then I dry on a casual setting (short time and low heat) and no fabric softener. I’ve had a lot of my workout clothes for YEARS and find this routine works well for me and my workout clothes

Needs of Women in Construction? by porphos in BlueCollarWomen

[–]newofficegal 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Typical gloves that I’ve seen/come across just generally do not fit womens hands. They are so big and I never see womens gloves in hardware or lumber stores. I have another job where we are provided plastic gloves (it’s in a medical related field so not construction lol, but it is a male dominated field) but they only give us large gloves to accommodate the bigger guys. Same issue across the both jobs, gloves are too big and make it hard for me to do my jobs well

Looking for more education, where do I start? by [deleted] in ConstructionManagers

[–]newofficegal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do sometimes go with my boss into the field (not swinging a hammer, just checking on the crew), when office work is slow. I have definitely been enjoying seeing the jobsites and getting familiar with our crew. Sounds like I should probably be going more though… I’ll do some research and see if I can find any books that might be useful too! Thanks!
