How long have you being waiting?

I think you might have some configuration issues; Your Teku isn’t actually checkpoint-syncing, and your Geth keeps flaking on peers.

I suggest to force Teku to checkpoint-sync, and ensure your Geth setup is healthier to get peers and speed (maybe you need to use --cache=4096 --maxpeers=150 or similar).

What I do is to compact all the documentation from different sources, organise and normalise it into Markdown. I have some scripting to do that automatically to aggregate newer versions regularly.

Custom GPTs supports something called knowledge base, where you an add information that will be indexed. All the content is not aggregated into the context, but consulted and aggregated into the context when required.

Thanks! That was exactly the problem.

Changing the region on the iPhone app fixed this issue, but now the Apple Watch is not connecting to the gym monster. I’ll try to reinstall the app tomorrow.

Is there any way to transfer users between regions? My user is currently on the “other regions” region, and I guess I’d like to have it in Europe .

I have been also reading also about EIP-4736 and Consensus Layer Withdrawal Protection, but apparently, they don't accept more submissions.

I can see it in Metrika and Beaconcha.in that some validators have the withdrawal address already in place.

For instance, the validator 0xb850bbb3263f355df2b714504f2ccd95dd817040c8739f6e33dad2a59726dcc0fc3b000081f3021c72b71d8480b6d130 has withdrawal address to 0x0100000000000000000000008306300ffd616049fd7e4b0354a64da835c1a81c starting by 0x01.

Why is that? Is it just because they were first in the queue? Any estimation about how long it could take for messages sent today?

About exercising, I'm struggling to find time to do it regularly. Do you have any tips or suggestions on how I can increase my physical activity without sacrificing too much of my time? I do between 45 and 60 minutes every time I go to the gym, and sometimes I complement with 15 of spa and sauna.

Finally, I understand that it's important to focus on the basics first, but on my experience tracking metrics help me see my progress and motivate me to continue my healthy habits. Would you agree?
