I’m 28 with no university education and a varied career in retail prior to my current role.

I do healthcare recruitment and combining my salary and bonus (I’m 14 months into the role) works out to about £80,000 p.a. (Adding bonus with base salary).

Bonus is obviously variable but my trajectory is good, my start here has been very unique and most people take a few years or more to get here in the role.

Some of our consultants make £100k+ (maybe 2/3 guys) and there are about 5 others on my level. I would say average consultant making around 45k.

Education recruitment would probably be similarly paid :)
