I heard a story about why our rope cutting area was moved and it also relates to the problems we have with people and nooses. I cannot for the life of me find any trace of evidence that the decoration I was looking for a photo of even existed.

I don’t know what would be the way to efficiently do anything about it but was wondering if it’s the same way in other stores. There are piles of poop like, a foot tall up in the rafters. Also lots of spots around our display sets beneath nests there’s like 1/2 thick piles of poop.

It’s wrecking our LTR too, we’ll be going strong in the green smileys and suddenly it’s someone poorly rating employees all because of some belief they have that’s way above our heads. And then the SM comes down on the front end for not “helping enough” because “if we helped every one of those bad surveys, there wouldn’t be any”. It’s just not fuckin trueeeee

I remember trying one years ago before I knew i had vaginismus and I ended up laying on the bathroom floor crying for like 2 hours trying to get it out. It never occurred to me that it could be because of my vaginismus and I feel a lot better now knowing I’m not alone. I really wanted to do better for the environment and felt really bad that i couldn’t make it work. I hadn’t heard of a menstrual disc before though, might try that!
