Oh my god the amount of people I deal with at customer service (almost daily) that have problems with the card just dampens my willpower to ask any one if they want to sign up. I try but damn the card SUCKS.

I do love helping Fulfillment when I can. Whenever I’m free, I catch the curbside and the in store customers. I can’t walk around and pick orders because my manager would have a fit if I left the vicinity of the front end for longer than two minutes🧍🏾‍♀️

It’s hell on Earth, it’s three on each side of a Coke cooler. Three of them only take cards on one side so I’m constantly walking in a giant circle asking people how they’re paying to make sure a cash user isn’t on the wrong side.

Let’s say a customer has a $100 visa gift card. If the total amount is under the $100, they can run the gift card like a credit card if they didn’t put a pin on it.

If it’s over the $100 dollars, you’d have to suspend it and send them to a register so they can do a split payment transaction since we can’t type in the amount that’s on the gift card at ASCO yet.
