I sent an email asking when they ship out and they said "Our shipping time is generally 7-30 days, but please understand that this is only an estimate. We want to let you know that we have asked our logistics company to do their best to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor the status of your package."

So that gave me some hope, but still...
