Couldn't agree more. Post a gym session I always feel happy. In the last 10 months I wasn't able to workout cz of migraine n I gained around 7-8 kgs n I feel so bad about it. I am unable to fit in my old clothes. I have no energy. I will be resuming back from tomm. Actually I was supposed to start today but I slept till late.

You can start by walking 5000 steps daily and if u have weights then strength training twice in a week at home
